Acupuncture usually doesn't hurt!
We use thin needles to help your body feel better. Traditional methods balance your body’s energy. Modern methods aim at tight spots, like muscle knots.
Sometimes, a needle makes a muscle twitch, which feels like a deep, quick soreness. This is a good sign that the treatment is fixing the problem.
We use a special kind called Neuropuncture that uses science and a gentle electric tickle to help with pain. We also use dry needling to get deep into muscles to make them work right again.
We will always make sure you are comfortable and safe during your visit!

Our acupuncture uses old wisdom and new science to help your body heal.
We use special techniques to boost blood flow, stop pain, and calm your nervous system. This helps bring balance to your whole body, including your muscles, digestion, and immune system.
We have helped many people in different places, from soldiers in Afghanistan to athletes and people dealing with long-term sickness. If you have pain or just want to feel better, our goal is to use tailored acupuncture to improve your health and quality of life.

Whole Health Holistic Medicine will be an “out of network” provider. This allows us to put your care first rather the stipulations insurance providers require that can hinder care and administrative issues. More can read about our decision here: www.wholehhm.com/blog/insurance-network
