Dr. Lynn McPhearson's journey to holistic medicine began with the discipline and holistic principles of martial arts in the early 2000s, fueling a passion to help others. After earning a B.S. in Exercise Science, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force Reserve as a medical technician in 2011. During his military training, he witnessed the successful use of acupuncture, inspiring him to pursue the field.

While continuing his military service, Dr. McPhearson earned a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine from the East West College of Natural Medicine and studied in China with the renowned Shaolin Monks.

His commitment to integrating holistic care reached its peak during his deployment to Afghanistan, where he successfully advocated to practice acupuncture and dry needling—becoming one of the few, if not the only, Acupuncture Physicians authorized to do so in a combat-deployed setting. He continued active duty until 2024.

Now, as a Certified Neuropuncturist, Dr. McPhearson has established Whole Health Holistic Medicine. His practice is dedicated to providing holistic, research-based, and neuroscience-informed care, helping patients alleviate pain and improve their quality of life.
